BISHOP JIM AND PASTOR JOAN PIERCE
Lead Pastors
Bishop Jim Pierce and Pastor Joan Pierce have been the lead pastors of this church family since 1981. Jim is originally from the Elmira/Horseheads area while Joan was originally a Buffalo gal. They found each other at 19 years of age while each was pursuing the call of God. The Pierces were joined together in marriage in July of 1977. They have six adult children and many grandchildren. A number of their children serve with them in ministry at The Love Church and elsewhere.

Pastor Josh and Rev. Danielle Pierce
Associate and Worship Pastor

Josh is our assistant and worship pastor but both Josh and Danielle serve the Lord and His church at TLC in a number of ways. They both wear a number of 'hats' here at The Love Church. Together, they lead the Groups ministry--which is a very important part of our congregational life. Both Joshua and Danielle studied at Love Aflame! Worldwide Bible Institute. They have 6 children.

Pastor Donna Miller
When we prayed for someone to lead our children's ministry who would not take it lightly or under a sense of obligation, Pastor Donna answered the call. She has led the Kidz Church ministry for several years now and there is no doubt that she was the one we were looking for.

Pastor Mary Osterhout
Care & Visitation Pastor
​
Pastor Mary has served the Lord throughout her adult life and has been at TLC since the early 1990's. She has the most generous heart and is always looking for ways to bless others. As Care & Visitation Pastor, Mary reaches out on behalf of our church leadership and congregation to those who need a little extra special encouragement. Her late husband, Rev. Dale Osterhout, was also a vital part of TLC for decades. Pastor Mary also leads the Women's Ministry here.
