This stewardship project is an effort to preserve the assets God has committed to our care. Funds given to Operation Home Front will be used to repair and update our facilities to prepare for the years of service to our community that are ahead.

DONATIONS
By giving a donation to the work and ministry of The Love Church you are encouraging and empowering this congregation to continue our mission of expressing the love of Jesus Christ to the world around us.
TITHES
Tithing is a high-level form of worship! The word 'tithe' literally means 'a tenth' or, ten percent of our increase. The Bible instructs us to give that percentage of our income to the church on a regular basis.
Why do we tithe? The Bible says, The purpose of tithing is to teach you always to put God first in your lives. (Deuteronomy 14:23 TLB) Tithing is a reminder that God is the supplier of everything we have. It is also God’s personal invitation to an outpouring of his blessing in your life.
Ten percent of everything belongs to the Lord. In Malachi 3:10 (NLT), God says this: “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.” This is the only place in Scripture where God tells us to put him to the test. In other words, he’s saying, “Go ahead. I dare you. See if you can out-give me.”
"Do I trust God, His Word and His wisdom?" Giving our tithe is not only an act of worship, but it is also an act of faith. If God is wise, then you should listen to what he says about financial stewardship. If you trust him, then you should trust him with all aspects of your life, including your finances. These are fundamental principles behind the act of giving. We urge you to accept God’s invitation to put him to the test. Start tithing faithfully and watch what he does in and through your life.

References to many types of offerings can be found throughout the Bible. For simplicity's sake, we can say that anything we feel called to give over and above our tithe is called an offering.
missions & SPECIAL projects
From time to time we will list upcoming missionary efforts and special church projects (outreach, building fund, etc.) You can click the button below to contribute to these activities. Occasionally we will display a special button or link that is unique to one of these causes.
OPERATION HOME-FRONT
We are currently inviting online giving to a series of projects centered at our main church campus. For many, many years we have been aggressive in our outreach to share the love of Christ with the people of several different nations. In doing so, we have neglected a number of important areas of our physical plant here in Horseheads, New York. Operation Home-front is our means of addressing those pressing needs. Our Phase 1 goal is to raise $20,000.
